01 Engineering Rescue Vehicle
Emergency Rescue Vehicle. This vehicle boasts strong maneuverability, truly embodying the concept of mobile emergency drainage and a mobile standby power supply. The equipment is capable of meeting the demands of emergency drainage and emergency power generation for rescue operations, achieving multi-functionality in a single vehicle. The overall vehicle dimensions (mm) are: length ≤ 9930, width ≤ 2550, height ≤ 3800; total mass ≤ 18000KG; maximum speed ≤ 95km/h (Quality Certificate provided).
02 Vehicle Chassis
The vehicle utilizes a special Sinotruk series chassis, HOWO cab, and an environmentally friendly Sinotruk MAN technology engine with a power output of ≥ 260kw. The diesel engine’s exhaust emissions meet the National VI standard. It features 12.00R20 steel wire tires, heating and cooling air conditioning, hydraulic power steering, ABS, and onboard tools. The cab is equipped with a driving recorder and a reversing radar (Quality Certificate provided).
03 Generator Set
The generator set is selected from well-known domestic and international brands, with a power output of ≥ 250KW, a rated frequency of 50HZ, and a nominal voltage of 230/400V. The speed control mode is electronic, and it includes starting batteries with a main battery switch. The base fuel tank can ensure the generator operates continuously for more than 8 hours. The control system can display water temperature, oil pressure, speed, frequency, and various voltages, currents, and power values, all with a one-touch intelligence feature (Third-party inspection report provided).
04 Grounding Device
Grounding stakes and grounding cables are connected to a specially designated grounding stud inside the vehicle box for easy connection. During operation, the vehicle’s grounding wire ensures safety using a low voltage grounding wire and is equipped with a detachable grounding rod with a diameter of no less than 10mm.
05 Generator Control System
An intelligent control system is employed, with centralized controls and a Chinese interface AUTOMATIC GENSET CONTROL BOX. The generator set is automated for control production and comes with an automatic fault protection function, utilizing high-quality brand electrical components for stable performance and reliable quality. The control cabinet is installed with an emergency stop switch for the generator set, complete with waterproof and electric shock protection signage (Quality Certificate provided).
06 Portable Flood Control Pumps
Equipped with 8-10 large-flow portable flood control pumps, the combined flow is 4000-5000m3/h, motor power ≥ 200kw, lifting height ≥ 8m, installed inside the carriage for easy operation. These pumps do not require priming, are driven by permanent magnet motors, and are made of aluminum alloy, making them lightweight, efficient, with good heat dissipation and quick water discharge, capable of working continuously for extended periods. The pumps are started using a variable frequency drive to effectively protect the engines and motors, reducing starting current and increasing the system’s lifespan. Control: Each pump is equipped with an individual control system, utilizing internationally renowned brands such as “ABB, Schneider, Siemens,” or equivalent brands with multiple electrical safety certifications; (Quality certificate provided)

Each pump comes with a steel mesh cover;

The cable length for the pump motor is ≥ 20m, using a dedicated submersible cable, and equipped with a steel cable protective sleeve; (Quality certificate provided)

Each pump is equipped with a float ring, which must meet the buoyancy requirements during pump operation. The float ring is specially processed on the inside so it will not sink even if the exterior is damaged. The float ring is connected to the pump with a steel flexible sling and comes with a towing rope.
07 Drainage Pipes
The pump outlet is an eight-inch hose, which is lightweight and easy to handle, with a standard length of 20 meters for 6 pieces. The connectors use Bauer-type quick couplings for ease of use and good sealing; they can be quickly connected to the pump. (Quality certificate provided)
08 Carriage
The external steel of the carriage is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, lined with a high-quality cold-rolled steel plate bending frame, with advanced technology and strong strength. It has functions for transportation, rainproof, anticorrosion, fireproof, rustproof, and sound insulation. There are doors on both sides of the carriage for the water pump, rainproof louvers for the generator exhaust, a working door below, and a hidden step at the rear, connected to the carriage floor frame.

Doors and Steps: The carriage chooses roll-up doors for convenience in operation and maintenance. Hidden steps can be set on the side and the lower rear part of the carriage for easy access.

The carriage surface is treated with automotive paint technology, meeting user requirements for painting base colors, text, patterns, etc.

The installation structure of the unit is reasonable and neat: it has anti-seismic function, the carriage interior is spacious, facilitating maintenance operations.

The generator set is installed in the generator room, fixed with a bolt structure, easy to disassemble, and the generator set can be removed for major repairs;

The floor of the carriage should use a patterned anti-slip steel plate;

09 External Power Supply
The emergency rescue vehicle workshop is equipped with a distribution box that can accommodate one output socket with a voltage of 380V, and two 220V universal sockets. (CQC certification provided)
10 Internal Lighting
The carriage is equipped with Philips LED lighting. When the generator set is started, it is powered by the generator set, and when the generator set is stopped, it is powered by the vehicle’s DC battery, allowing for convenient switching. (Quality certificate provided)
11 Long Row Warning Lights
A long row of engineering warning lights with a loudspeaker is installed at the front of the vehicle. (Quality certificate provided)
12 Strobe Lights
There are a total of eight red and white strobe warning lights on both sides of the vehicle, serving as a warning to pedestrians and passing vehicles. (Quality certificate provided)
13 Fire Extinguishers
Two portable dry powder fire extinguishers are provided, placed within easy reach on the vehicle. (Quality certificate provided)
14 Flood Control Rope
Precision braided, comfortable to handle, more wear-resistant, with safety hooks that are waterproof, rustproof, sturdy, and durable, with tightly wrapped rope ends for increased safety.
