01 Engineering Rescue Vehicle
An emergency rescue vehicle with strong maneuverability, it embodies the concept of mobile emergency drainage and mobile emergency power supply. The equipment can meet the needs for emergency drainage, emergency power generation, and truly serves multiple purposes with one vehicle. 02 Vehicle Chassis
Utilizes a Dongfeng series specialized chassis with a semi-forward driving cab and a Yuchai eco-friendly engine with power ≥ 147 kW. The diesel engine’s exhaust emissions meet the National VI standards. It features 9.00R20 tires, air conditioning with heating and cooling, hydraulic power steering, ABS, and comes with tools for the vehicle. The cabin is equipped with a driving recorder and a reversing radar. (Quality certificate provided)
03 Generator Set
The generator set is chosen from renowned domestic and international brands, with a power output of ≥ 250 KW, rated frequency of 50 HZ, and a rated voltage of 230/400 V. The throttle mode is electronic, with a starting battery and a main battery switch. The base fuel tank ensures that the generator can work continuously for over 8 hours. The control system displays water temperature, oil pressure, speed, frequency, voltage, current, power, etc., and allows for one-button smart operation. (Third-party inspection report provided)
04 Grounding Device
Ground stakes and ground cables connect to a designated ground terminal inside the vehicle, making connections convenient. When the unit is working, the grounding wire is connected to ensure operational safety. The electrical equipment has stringent electric leakage prevention measures. During operations, the vehicle uses a low-voltage grounding wire and is equipped with a detachable grounding spike with a diameter of no less than 10 mm.
05 Generator Control System
Features an intelligent control system with centralized controls and a Chinese interface, including an automatic fault protection function. Selects high-quality brand electrical components for stable and reliable performance. The control cabinet is equipped with an emergency stop switch for the generator set, with waterproof and electrical shock protection signage. (Quality certificate provided)
06 Portable Flood Control Pump
Equipped with four portable flood control pumps, with a comprehensive flow rate of 3600 m³/h, motor power of approximately 180 kW, and a lift of about 8 meters. Installed inside the vehicle for convenient operation. These pumps do not require priming, are driven by permanent magnet motors, made of aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, high-performance, with good heat dissipation, and capable of quick water discharge, allowing for continuous extended operation. The pumps are started using a variable frequency drive to effectively protect the engine and motor, reduce start-up current, and increase the system’s service life. Control: Each pump is equipped with a separate control system. The controllers are made by internationally renowned brands such as “ABB, Schneider, Siemens,” or equivalent, which have various electrical safety standard certifications. (Quality certificate provided)

Each pump comes with a steel filter screen cover.

The motor cables of each pump are ≥20m long, using specialized submersible cables, and come with a steel cable protective sheath. (Quality certificate provided)

Each pump is equipped with a floating ring. The floating ring must meet the buoyancy requirements when the pump is working. The inside of the floating ring is treated with a special process so it will not sink even if the exterior is damaged. The floating ring is connected to the pump with a steel flexible sling and comes with a traction rope.
07 Discharge Hose
The outlet of the pump is an eight-inch hose, which is lightweight and easy to handle, standard length of 20 meters, with 4 sections. The connectors use Bauer type quick couplings for ease of use and good sealing effects; they can be quickly connected to the pumps. (Quality certificate provided)
08 Van Body
The exterior of the van is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, while the lining features a framework of bent cold-rolled steel plates, showcasing advanced technology and solid strength. It is designed to facilitate transport and provide protection against rain, corrosion, fire, rust, and noise. Doors are installed on both sides of the pump in the van, and the generator’s exhaust outlet is equipped with rainproof louvers. There is a retractable step hidden under the working door at the rear, connected to the bottom frame of the van.

Doors and Steps: The van body comes with a roller shutter door for easy operation and maintenance. The sides and the lower part of the back of the van can have retractable steps for easy access in and out of the van.

The surface of the van is painted with automotive spray paint technology, which can meet customer requirements for painting the base color, text, patterns, etc.

Emergency Rescue Vehicle: The installation structure of the units is reasonable and neat, with anti-vibration functions. The interior space of the van is spacious, facilitating maintenance and operation.

The generator set is installed in the generator room using a bolt structure for easy assembly and disassembly, and the generator set can be removed for major repairs.

09 External Power Supply
The distribution box can be equipped with one output, a 380V socket, and two 220V universal sockets. (CQC certification provided)
10 Internal Lighting
Philips LED lighting is installed inside the van. When the generator set is started, it is powered by the generator set, and when the generator set is stopped, it is powered by the vehicle’s DC battery. Convenient switching is possible. (Quality certificate provided)
11 Long Warning Light Bar
A long warning light bar with a public address system is installed at the front of the vehicle. (Quality certificate provided)
12 Strobe Lights
There are eight red and white strobe warning lights in total, with four on each side of the vehicle, serving as a warning to pedestrians and passing vehicles. (Quality certificate provided)
13 Fire Extinguishers
Two portable dry powder fire extinguishers are provided and placed in easily accessible locations on the vehicle. (Quality certificate provided)
14 Flood Control Rope
